Best of The Band is not currently a participant in any affiliate program, including the Amazon Associates Program. Where this site links to products, including books, vinyl, and merchandise, those links currently go directly to the retailer with no affiliate tracking attached, and this site earns no commission on purchases made through them at this time.

This site intends to apply for relevant affiliate programs as its Shop section is built out, and this page will be updated to reflect exactly what that means, in compliance with FTC guidelines and each program's operating agreement, before any tagged or commission-earning links go live.

Why this page exists now

Rather than wait until an affiliate relationship is active to publish this page, it's being kept in place and kept accurate from the start, so there's always a single, current, honest answer to whether this site makes money from its links, whatever that answer happens to be at the time you're reading it.
